The mineral processing technology upgrade project at the Qixuan Plant of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. is currently underway in full swing. The Pulsar team is honored to be involved in this upgrade project. For this project, 19 Pulsar sonar flow and gas-content measurement systems have been designed and installed at the Qixuan Plant. These sonar flow meters have been placed at the inlet of hydrocyclones, at the outlets of various pumps, and along long-distance pipelines. All these installation locations are critical flow measurement points in the production process. Flow rate serves as the “eyes” of production output; precisely monitoring the flow rates at each stage is essential for both production control and accurate calculation of output volume.
On-site construction and instrument installation and commissioning are still underway. We look forward to the smooth commissioning of the project and to the sonar flowmeter playing a vital role in boosting Qixuan’s production!
